Mailed notepad orders require additional postage, and are sent in white #10 envelopes. A Customer Liaison will contact you to provide a customized price quote.

A one-time Setup Fee is $10 for logo and contact information. A Change Setup Fee of $10 will be charged if your information changes.

Due to space constraints, up to 4 pieces of contact information is recommended (in addition to return address).
