How to Set up an Excel Database

If you set up your own template, please make certain your excel template contains the following fields:

  1. Contact: Full Name(s); this will be the first line of the address so if you want two names on the first line include both of them here like "Mr. & Mrs. Roger Thompson" or "Tammy & Clay Smith"
  2. Co-Borrower: Second Full name, Company name or "or Current Resident"; this is the second line of the address
  3. Address 1: Street Address or PO Box Number
  4. Address 2: Suite Number or Apartment Number
  5. Address 3
  6. City
  7. State
  8. Zip
  9. Additional fields are optional, but the above fields are essential.
