Additional Fees:

 There will be a greeting card set up fee of $10 added to all new orders.
 
•
 There will be a $15 set up fee added to new greeting card campaign orders. For the recruitment card campaign, the setup fee is $25.
     
Gift Certificates:
 
Gift Certificates are available to include in your card campaigns or bulk mailing. For all gift certificates: a 4% service fee of the total value will be added if we purchase. There is a $.03 per insertion for bulk mailings (non-card campaigns)

 Bed, Bath, & Beyond: Available in any denomination from $25 to $1000.
 
•
 Starbucks Coffee: Available in the following amounts only $5, $10, $15, $25, $50.
 
•
 The Home Depot: Available in whole dollar amounts from $10 to $5,000.
 
•
 Barnes & Noble: Available in whole dollar amounts from $10 to $250.
 
•
 Regal Entertainment Group: $6.50 per ticket, good at these locations only: Edwards Theatres, Regal Cinemas, and United Artist Theaters.
