12 Month Mailing Program Sign Up

If you’d like your postcards or newsletters sent out automatically, enroll in our 12 month mailing program. We design three new postcards and two new newsletters each month. Once you’ve approved your proof and have given us your database, your involvement is minimal.

The product is mailed out at the same time each month. Since we do the mailing for you, we make sure to add you to the database. This way you know when you receive your product - your clients did too! For the mailing dates, click here.

Simply sign up for the type of mailing (like a postcard or greeting card campaign), commit to a quantity range (i.e. 200-499), and save BIG! Savings average $0.10 per piece. With a database size of 300, that's and annual savings of $360.

Note: The quantity of the order will be dependent on your actual database size. Please email your database to data@intouchtoday.com. The number of contacts will be confirmed with you via email.

*If you have chosen the "Mailed to your database" Option AND "Jumbo" Option:
  Jumbo Postcards that are mailed using standard postage are not automatically returned back to you unless you request "Return Service Requested" on the Jumbo Postcards. The post office will charge you a price of a postage stamp for every returned Jumbo Postcard.

Postcard Setup Fee: A one-time Setup Fee is $20 for logo and contact information, OR $35 for photo, logo, and contact information. Newsletter Setup Fee: $40 A Change Setup Fee of $15 will be charged if your information changes.

Cancellations: In event of cancellation of the 12 time monthly mailing commitment (or reduction of 100 or more pieces per month), client shall pay the difference between regular price and Monthly Commitment Price on all mailings completed under this contract thus far, plus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be provided in writing at least 30 days prior to cancelling.
