HTML versions are emailed with the information IN THE BODY of the email. PDF versions are emailed with an attachment. HTML versions are a more graphic look; your website can be included with a hyperlink; your Realtors do not have to open attachments; and they do not need Adobe Reader to view. However, not every mail program can read html format.
