Exporting Instructions
How to Export from Microsoft Access to a spreadsheet:

- Open the Access database
- In the View menu, choose Database Objects, and then Tables
- Click on the Table that you want to export
- In the File menu, choose Export
- From the Save In: list, choose your Desktop
- Type the name of the file into the Filename box
- From the Save as type: list choose Text Files
- Click the Export button, this will bring up the Text Export Wizard
- Choose Delimited, then Next
- Choose Tab
- Check the box to Include Field Names on First Row
- Under Text Qualifier, choose {none}
- Click the Finish button
- Open a new email message and choose Attach File
- Find the file on your Desktop and attach it to the message
- Send the email to us at data@intouchtoday.com.

| How to Export from Calyx Point: |

- On the Main Panel, choose the Find tab at the top
- Click on Reports
- Open the file named address.rpt
- Click the Generate Report button
- Click on Prospects or Borrowers, whichever one you want to export.
- Once the report is generated, click the Export ASCII button
- Click Export
- From the Save In: list, choose your Desktop
- Name the file that you are exporting and choose Save
- Open a new email message and choose Attach File
- Find the file on your Desktop and attach it to the message
- Send the email to us at data@intouchtoday.com

| How to Export from Encompass: |

- Select the CONTACTS TAB at the top.
- Select the contacts you want to export by checking the box beside the name OR use the SELECT ALL button to the right.
- Click on the IMPORT/EXPORT selection at the top of the screen.
- Set the name and location of the file you want to export.
- Select the EXPORT button. This will export the select contacts to a CSV file.
- Open a new email message and choose Attach File
- Find the file that was exported and attach it to the message
- Send the email to us at data@intouchtoday.com

| How to Export from Goldmine: |

- In GoldMine, click Tools > Import/Export Wizard > Export Contact Records.
- Select Export to a new file.
- Select ASCII File and click Next.
- Select All Contact Records.
- Click Add Field for every field you want to export in the "GoldMine Fields" list.
- Click Next.
- Enter a filename and select "Export GoldMine field names that has mappings as first record."
- Select whether you'd like to save these export settings for future use and click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Open a new email message and choose Attach File
- Find the file that was exported and attach it to the message
- Send the email to us at data@intouchtoday.com

| How to Export From Outlook: |

- Open Outlook.
- From the File menu, choose Import and Export.
- Choose Export to a file, then click Next.
- Choose Tab Separated Values (Windows), then click Next.
- Click on the Contacts folder to export all contacts, then click Next.
- Click on the Browse button.
- From the Save In: drop down list, choose your Desktop.
- Under File Name, enter a name for the file that you are exporting and choose OK.
- Click on Next.
- Choose the Map Custom Fields button.
- The list on the right hand side is the fields that you will be exporting. Make sure that all fields needed to address your mailing are present in this list. The addresses in the right hand list should be broken out into Business Street, Business City, Business State, Business Postal Code, etc. instead of just Business Address.
- If you have any doubts about the previous step, just click on the Default Map button. This will export all fields.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Finish button.
- Open a new email message and choose Attach File.
- Find the exported file on your Desktop (it will have the name that you gave it in step 8) and attach it to the message.
- Send the email to us at data@intouchtoday.com
