Database "Good" Mailing Tips

In Touch Today Corporation provides you with mailing services but you supply the database. We make the assumption it will consist of "good" addresses. The post office determines what consists of a "good" address, and our postal computers tell us when an address is "bad" or undeliverable.

We do not mail postcards or newsletters that the post office determines "bad" or undeliverable. These postcards will not be returned to you. Therefore it is your responsibility to submit your database with "good" addresses. Here are some guidelines, to help you know what constitutes a "good" address by the USPS. Please print this out for future reference.

If you would rather not be bothered with maintaining your own database, please inquire about our database maintenance services. We will make certain your database meets postal regulations.
