I agree with your comments about the book, but also want to point out that a new edition with a high percentage of new content was published earlier this year. It's well worth steering people to that one rather than the old one.

Also, did you know that the author has a blog? Your readers might want to subscribe to the blog to be on the receiving end of even more Ford Harding Wisdom. It also has some material from the new book. His blog is at http://www.hardingco.com/blog.

Thank you for the kind comments on my book. It takes a lot of work to write one, and so always good to learn that people find it helpful.

A second edition of the book,"Rain Making-2nd Edition-Attract New Clients No Matter What Your Field," came out this year. It updates, adds to and improves on the original. I strongly recommennd it over the first edition, cited in your review. It has a light blue color.

I'm supporting this idea all the way! I can not imagine who would disagree with it. On the whole - make posts like this more often.

Great idea! Being a resource for your clients leads by example. My guess is that your clients are successful people because they are focused on relationships, so I know their input will be valuable.

Boni, what an inspiring story. Great blog. Wishing you continuous success. I totally agree with you that positive thinking is the most powerful stimulus.
Just a short story about myself. I came to this country in 1989 and thought that I could do a better job than our real estate did at that time. I entered the real estate business shortly afterward not knowing one single person, not even to mention the neighborhood. I have been in this business for now 16 years and still love what I am doing and despite the slow market I know that I will succeed through these times.
